Selecting may take two clicks The text and images in the flyer template are just waiting to be replaced. Because this is a template it doesn’t work quite the same as in a normal document. I want to replace the words Learn Guitar with Learn Mac. To do that I click once on the words Learn Guitar. An outline box appears around that whole section of text. Poster Maker is the easiest way to create beautiful posters, flyers, signs, leaflets, handouts, and much more. With Poster Maker, you’ll be making great-looking designs in minutes — even if you have no previous desktop publishing experience Simply drag and drop images, stylish text, 3D text, clip art, and shapes onto a canvas to get started. Now I click once again on the words Learn Guitar. This time the words themselves are selected. To replace them I just start typing. Double click is a handy shortcut for these two clicks. The text in the tear-off tabs rotates so you can more easily edit it. Left: while editing. Right: after. You may think there will be a problem with the tear-off tabs at the bottom because they’ve been rotated. Pages is smart though. Click once on a tab to select the text box, then click once on the text itself. After that second click the text rotates, making it easier for you to type in your own wording. Start by getting the text in one tab correct, then copy and paste to each of the other tabs in turn. After editing the first tab type Command (⌘) A to Select All then Command (⌘) C to Copy. Then for every other tab double click, type Command (⌘) A to Select All then Command (⌘) P to Paste. Change the picture The template includes a photo, in my case of a guitar. Click once on the image to select it. Then go to the View menu and choose Show Media Browser. A floating window appears, showing your iPhoto and Aperture collections. Make sure the Photos tab is selected, rather than Audio or Movies. Imacros download.
